First and foremost, you can think of me as your mortgage broker / mortgage loan officer wing woman. I'm here to become a seamless part of your team (from the client's perspective) so you can stop feeling so
bogged down in the day-to-day tasks in your business and focus on originating new business and increasing profits. Furthermore, you'll have the option to hand off a little or a lot to me based on how involved you'd like to be in the process. This allows you to customize you and your client's experience based on your comfort level and preference.

Submit your processing form
Once you’ve taken a new application, pulled credit, and reviewed for locking the loan, you’ll fill out our processing submission form to share all the details discussed with your client and share their wishes with us.

Choose your level of service
You'll have the option to select a streamlined processing service where you spearhead client communication or a more hands-on processing service where we tackle the client correspondence for you.

Review, Processing & Closing
We’re your second set of eyes. We will double check income, review assets, confirm agency guidelines, rerun AUS for underwriting requirements. We’ll manage all the agreed upon tasks and get your transaction to the closing table quickly, efficiently, and most importantly with a happy client. You’ll have an ongoing access to a live file that shows you exactly where your transaction is in the process.
